Hello again! Today’s topic is another team statistic: Team Goals Per 90.

As a quick reminder, per fantasyfutopia.com, “The current standard is to use ‘per 90’ units, which tell us the production of a particular stat over a 90-minute period. This is much easier to read than just looking at stats on a per minute basis. To convert totals to per 90 units, simply divide the total by the minutes played and multiply by 90.”

To nobody’s surprise, the Lionel Messi-led Inter Miami leads this category by a mile with 2.33 Goals Per 90. Inter Miami is far ahead of the second-place newcomer San Diego FC, which has a Goals Per 90 of 1.96. Finally, in third is the Chicago Fire with 1.91 Goals Per 90.

To all the #AllforCITY readers, here's how St. Louis City SC ranks among other Major League Soccer teams: St. Louis City Soccer Club is 26th out of 30 teams in Goals Per 90 with a pitiful 0.96 Goals Per 90, one of only 6 teams with a Goals Per 90 of under 1.00.

Thank you for reading the latest installment of the Summer of Stats!
